CNA is proud to have earned a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI).

Received for the fourth consecutive year in a row, the 100 percent rating recognizes CNA as one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” while also earning us a place in the HRC “Buyer’s Guide,” a listing that indicates companies, products and services that support LGBT workplace inclusion.

This score can be attributed, in large part, to Pride@CNA, our Employee Resource Group comprised of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ) and straight ally employees. Their continuous effort to create a positive and equitable environment continues to foster positive results.

As stated by Joyce Trimuel, CNA Chief Diversity Officer, “This score represents our employees’ efforts in creating an environment accepting of all individuals. I look forward to using this momentum as we continue defining and prioritizing diversity and inclusion in 2019 and beyond.”
