Rose is responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide healthcare consulting services to CNA Healthcare insureds and external customers. Prior to joining CNA in 2004, she was risk manager for an integrated delivery system in Pennsylvania. She has more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including an extensive background as a surgical staff nurse, educator and administrator. She has presented a variety of risk management programs at the state and local level. Rose graduated from the Coatesville Hospital School of Nursing in Pennsylvania, received a BA from Graceland College in Iowa and an MHA from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania. Rose achieved the designation as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) through the American Hospital Association Certification Center. She also completed the TeamSTEPPS® Master Trainer Course.
